THE DARKNESS VIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONCERT TICKETS NOT INCLUDED:
VIP Upgrades DO NOT INCLUDE A CONCERT TICKET. You understand that you MUST purchase a concert ticket for the same date as the VIP event you wish to attend in order to participate in the VIP event. Purchasing a VIP Upgrade will not grant you entry to the concert. A concert ticket is obligatory in order to access the venue for both the VIP event and the concert.
Please do not purchase VIP Upgrades before you have bought your concert tickets. VIP Upgrades are non-refundable (see Refund Policy below)
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Your order confirmation email is your ticket to the VIP event, and you are required to either print out or present your confirmation email on your mobile device at the door in order to gain admission to the VIP event.
If you do not receive an order confirmation (in the form of a confirmation email) after successfully submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with us whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Please be very vigilant and double check your email address when making a purchase. We will not be responsible for a subsequent lack of email communications associated with the VIP event due to you entering an incorrect or misspelt email address at point of purchase.
REFUND POLICY:
All VIP Upgrades are final and strictly NON-REFUNDABLE unless the event is cancelled, so please carefully review your selections before purchasing.
We will not issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased for any reason other than the cancellation of the event by the band, management or promoters.
In the event that any concert is cancelled or postponed, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of our refund or exchange procedures for that concert. For instructions on any cancelled or postponed concerts, please check the concert information online or contact us.
VIP EVENT OFFERING:
Jamming With The Band: All VIP Upgrade holders are entitled to enter their names into a hat for the chance of jamming with the band during soundcheck. All entrants must submit one song choice from the list provided in the confirmation email.
Only one entrant will be selected and, in the interest of equal fairness, this will be decided at the event in the presence of all in attendance, by random selection by the band from the names in the hat.
Photos: VIP Photos take a few days to process after the relevant VIP event. You should expect to receive an email with a link to download all photos from your VIP experience within 5-10 days of the event you attended.
